ABSTRACT:
The presentation will cover a statistical analysis/technique that allows for operational business users to assess performance among competing entities. This approach is helpful in today's world of determining whether an activity should be outsourced versus retained in-house. Although the presentation will demonstrate the concept utilizing SAS via PROC MEANS, a lot of the time will be focused on visualizing and understanding the concept itself.
